Caroline has received years of her massage experience working with a chiropractor to address physical discomfort caused by a variety of circumstances such as car accidents, pregnancy, and desk job aches and pains. She specializes in neck, shoulder, and back pain. 

 

Caroline was first introduced to massage years ago when a therapist addressed her wrist pain by working on the sole of her foot and working the connecting muscles in between. She thought it was the most fascinating way to help heal others and wanted to learn those secrets.

Laura is a dedicated Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others feel their best to live their best! With a background in therapeutic and medical massage, she specializes in techniques that relieve tension and promote deep relaxation.

As one who personally understands the effects of chronic stress and trauma to the body, Laura is committed to holding safe spaces for the nervous system to let go of pain. Her sessions are highly personalized and uniquely tailored to client’s individual needs.

Bringing her experience from luxury spas and private practice, Laura merges her therapeutic approach with her medical massage to bring the best of both worlds to clients by giving effective treatments with ease.

You will find Laura to be an approachable, kind and compassionate person greeting you with a warm smile. Outside of her sessions, you will find her adventuring in nature with her dog or at the pottery studio, hands in mud making her next mug.

Sarah is committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring her treatments to address specific concerns to promote relaxation and healing. With her warm demeanor, she creates a comfortable experience for all of her clients. 

 

Sarah first developed an interest in Massage Therapy when she was involved in a four wheeler accident. Massage therapy helped her heal from whiplash, and neck pain. Sarah attended Bridgerland Technical College, where she got experience treating chronic conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, and Fibromyalgia. 

 

Sarah is excited to expand on her knowledge to be the best therapist she can be. Whether your goal is to relieve pain, increase range of motion, or manage stress.  She will meet you where you are.
